At Up There Athletics, we want to ensure you have the right gear to reach your peak performance. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original shoebox or packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in new condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
